Fully equipped apartment with private roof terrace in the center of Playa del Ingles, a ten minute stroll from the beach and with fantastic, panoramic views of the resort and ocean.

The apartment is on the top floor of a 3 key apartment complex which offers extensive facilities and is a 5 minute stroll to the main night-life of Playa del Ingles, ten minutes walk to the Yumbo Center and a ten minute stroll to the main beach.

The apartment is on two levels, upper level being a large, private roof terrace. The complex (K o K a) is located in the center of Playa del Ingles, 5 minutes stroll to the main night-life of the resort in one direction and 200 meters from the beach. The Yumbo center is also just over 5 minutes walk away. 

The apartment sleeps up to 4 adults and has a main twin bedroom with a second sleeping area/room with double sofa-bed. The main bedroom is equipped with a large safe.

The spacious lounge has a sofa, dining table and chairs, flatscreen high definition TV with DVD player. There´s a stereo, telephone line (incoming calls only). At the far corner is the fully equipped kitchenette which includes conventional oven/grill with 3-ring hob, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven and washing machine and ample equipment for preparing a meal for 6 people. There is also an iron and ironing board. 

The bathroom has twin sinks, bath and shower. The balcony off the lounge can be closed off with patio doors and glass windows to create the second bedroom/sleeping area (double sofa bed) and offers panoramic views of Playa del Ingles, the ocean, beach and sand dunes. Stairs from the corner of the balcony take you up to a private roof terrace belonging to the apartment with space for sunbathing, there are sunbeds, shower and additional table and chairs in case you wanted to take lunch or dinner whilst enjoying the 360º panoramic views of the resort from the 10th floor/roof of the building.

The apartment complex offers a bar, restaurant, pool bar restaurant, internet access, large free-form pool and independent children's pool. 

 

PRICES

• The apartment is 60 euros per day for 1 or 2 people and 70 euros per day for 3 or 4 people.
• Easter, Christmas & New Year & Gay Pride is 10 euros extra per day.
• Last-minute special offers are often available during May, June and September
