La Residence - Playa del Ingles
With only 6 apartments (each individually furnished to a very high standard) each with a private sun terrace, La Residence is a small and cosy in a very quiet cul-de-sac yet little more than a 5-minute walk to the main center/nightlife of Playa del Ingles.
Though small the complex offers gym facilities and a small swimming-pool with sunbeds (naked sunbathing allowed), La Residence combines the comfort of home with modern contemporary style in a quiet and peaceful environment.
Each apartment is equipped with:
- 26’ Flat screen TV
- Free satellite TV and radio stations
- Free Wi-Fi connection
- Air-conditioning in the main bedroom
- Electronic Safe
- I-Pod Sound system and dvd player available on demand
- Equipped kitchen: microwave oven, electric kettle, juice extractor, toaster, fridge, espresso coffee machine (+ dishwasher in the first floor apartments).
- Your apartment is cleaned 5 times a week and on the day of your departure, the towels are changed every other day and bed-sheets once a week.
La Residence are self-catering apartments, not a resort so there's no bar or food services. The reception is opened from Monday to Friday (11:00-14:00) and on your arrival.
Reserved for adults older than 18 years, la Residence offers a warm welcome 365 days a year for one week or longer.

3 People - 2 Bedroom Apartment = € 80 euros
4 People - 2 Bedroom Apartment = € 90 euros
1st floor apartment = € 15 euros a day extra
